We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $400, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

Generally, it takes 4-5 business days for processing an application.

Our screening guidelines include credit history, criminal history, income qualification, and rental/address qualification. For detailed qualifications, click here. We currently do not participate in the voluntary Section 8 Voucher program.

Typical lease terms are 3-13 months, but longer terms might be available.

Residents are responsible for heat, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

One underground apartment home is included in all home not part of the income restricted program. Income restricted homes can add an underground parking spot for $50 /month. Additional underground garage stalls are available to rent for $100/month.

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including package receiving, online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.

Rent is late after the 5th of each month, past 11:59pm.

Yes, we want to capture any and all occupants that would reside in a home.

You will have to register your Emotional Support Animal with the office staff, utilizing our request for accommodations forms.

We provide a Rent with Confidence agreement with your lease. This can help ease any concerns. Ask office staff for more details.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
